I wanted to kick off my second week of running well, so I headed to the gym to get some miles in. The weather has been absolutely fantastic today. I actually considered running in the neighborhood, but figured I would get too hot and have to walk too often.

For dinner last night, I had a great meal.  My $4.29 spaghetti squash was used for dinner last night and actually for lunch today.
