It’s lunchtime for this girl!
Bed of spinach, tossed in olive oil + balsamic vinegar, topped with carrots, tomato/cucumber salsa, artichokes, mushrooms, and PROTEIN! in 4 forms: egg whites, tuna, chicken, and tofu!
