I’m having such a lazy Sunday and I love it.
I woke up at 11:15 AM, after a late night in San Francisco with some friends.
See, I can hang, Nicole!
Earlier this week my coworker Olivia suggested we get our group together for a night at Buckshot (3848 Geary Blvd), one of my favorite bars in San Francisco. I briefly blogged about it before, and I’ll say it again: I love that bar. It’s kinda out in the middle of nowhere, but everyone who shows up is ready for a good time – skee ball, shufleboard, darts, DJ dance floor, $2 PBRs….
Last night I arrived in SF around dinner time and took a taxi to Krizia and Laura’s apartment. They put up a mini Christmas tree and it’s so cute! I doubt my roommates and I will use any holiday decorations at our place, but that’s ok because I get a good dose of cheer every time I go to my mom’s house. /Tangent.
Anyways, the three of us walked down to Polk Street for a quick dinner at Bell Tower. Laura wins the award for best dinner pick – her mushroom ravioli was just drool worthy. SF locals, try that out! After dinner the three of us went to Anthony’s (my old boss) apartment in the Marina. I had a generous glass of wine, my cousin Aaron joined us, and then we caravanned (thank you LAURA!!!) to Buckshot.
3 of 4 coworkers showed up (Olivia, Aman, and Anthony – shame on you, Joe). Aman went to the Google holiday party so that explains why he’s in a tux instead of flannel. Kyle and his roommate Darrin came as well. Right as we were leaving, Sean aka Mr. Bacon showed up! It was so nice having everyone together for dancing, games, and a few cheap beers.

So, now it’s 5 PM and I should probably get out of my pajamas and be productive. I started my morning with a waffle and eggs, incessantly snacked on goldfish and cereal while watching a great deal of football… Krizia and I are up against each other this week in fantasy and it’s been neck-and-neck the whole day!
What did you do this weekend?
